Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and funds forfeited. You may only register one Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, passport), proof of address, and bank account verification. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
cka4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to Your bank or e-wallet's daily transaction limits. cka4d does not impose maximum deposit limits but reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for unusually large deposits.
Deposits are typically credited to Your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours. If Your deposit has not been credited within 24 hours, contact customer support with transaction details.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cka4d reserves the right to reject or refund any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from Your own account. You agree not to use cka4d for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may withdraw funds to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in Your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering compliance.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. cka4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends and holidays are queued and processed on the next business day. VIP tier members receive priority processing with reduced wait times.
cka4d reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. These checks may include KYC verification, source of funds verification, and review of betting activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification requests.
Funds deposited into Your Account must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.
cka4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Bonuses are offered at cka4d's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which must be reviewed and accepted before claiming.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit plus bonus amount. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute only 10-20%. Each bonus has a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. If requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.

Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to manipulate outcomes, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other behavior deemed to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. cka4d reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
While bonus wagering requirements are active, maximum bet limits apply. The standard maximum bet is Rp 50,000 per spin/round unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
All bets placed on cka4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Your bets before placing them. cka4d cannot cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 7 days of the bet being settled.
Sports betting markets are settled according to official results provided by recognized sports governing bodies. In the event of match postponements, abandonments, or venue changes, specific rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules (accessible via customer support). Dead heat rules, Asian handicap settlement rules, and other sport-specific regulations are applied consistently with industry standards.
All casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

Results are final upon official announcement by the respective lottery authority. Disputes regarding togel results must reference official lottery records.

You may request self-exclusion from cka4d for periods of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, Your Account will be locked, and You will not be able to deposit, bet, or access cka4d Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon contact with customer support.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits and losses. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Contact customer support to configure Your limits.
Configure session time limits and reality check reminders through Your Account settings. These tools help You maintain awareness of time spent gambling and prevent excessive play sessions.

cka4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account without prior notice if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or any activity that violates our policies or applicable law. Upon suspension, all pending bets may be voided, and any remaining balance subject to investigation.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, You must withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed, Your Account cannot be reopened, and You will need to register a new Account subject to these Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. cka4d may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the Account balance, whichever is lower, after 12 months of inactivity. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.
All content on the cka4d Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of cka4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cka4d content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cka4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If You have a complaint or dispute regarding cka4d Services, please first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, You may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in accordance with the governing law specified in Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to online gambling platforms serving Indonesian players.
